TiloBlu LLC is a mission-driven advisor and thought partner that specializes in policy research, program development, and strategic management for organizations advancing justice, equity, and/or the rights of women and girls.

We partner with grassroots initiatives, women-led organizations, and institutions—both in the U.S. and globally—working at the intersection of gender, governance, and community resilience.

Our founder and principal consultant Aishia A. Glasford, brings over 15 years of experience working across development and crisis-affected settings in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, the African continent, and the United States. Her work spans collaborations with civil society organizations, UN agencies, and government institutions, bridging local insight with global systems thinking.

At the heart of our work is the belief that strategic and imaginative thinking can unlock transformative change. Tilo comes from a Mozambican language, drawn from a country and continent that shaped our founder’s commitment to global thinking with local action. Meaning sky, and paired with Blu, it becomes a symbol of boundless possibility—the open blue sky. Tilo Blu reflects our dedication to bold ideas, deep listening, and practical solutions tailored to today’s complex political, social, and funding environments.
