My name is  Aishia A. Glasford.   After a career navigating the world’s most complex bureaucracies—from UN agencies to international governments—I founded Tilo Blu to bring that same level of high-stakes coordination and operational agility to businesses and organizations ready to scale.

In Changana, a Mozambican language spoken in a country where I spent ten years of my life, "Tilo" means sky. To me, Tilo Blu represents blue-sky thinking: the belief that there is no limit to what we can achieve when we bring every asset to the table, honoring the perspectives of every team member from the most junior to the most senior.
